These offerings were created from Juliana’s heart space after years of practice and study on the benefits of yoga, holistic wellness, and collective healing.
Her Story
Juliana uses her knowledge in yoga anatomy, philosophy, psychology, and nutrition to work with women holistically - connecting them back to the best version of themselves. Rather than “finding” your best self, you will uncover the layers blocking you from remembering who you already are.
Juliana started taking yoga classes in early childhood and fell in love with the practice. In 2019, her mother fell sick with severe mental health challenges and as a result her wellbeing also declined.
Her nervous system was completely unregulated, her hormones were imbalanced, and she lived in a constant state of fear & distrust of those around her. This is when she decided to go all in on yoga and dove head first into her 200-hour training in 2020.
She spent her training sharing her story in a community of like-minded people, meditating, and learning about the ancient wisdom of the chakra system. She noticed a profound shift in her health, and each year since she has gained a new level of self-trust and regulation tools.
She has since cultivated a deep relationship with her mother and moved to California to grow her wellness business. She has made it her mission to share the magic of yoga, holistic wellness, and collective healing with the world.
Juliana is a life-long learner. She has over 500 hours of yoga training, with specializations in yoga therapy, sound healing, & reiki. She teaches all styles - emphasizing the meditative and philosophical elements of the practice. She has a somatic approach that integrates the body with the mind & spirit. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Psychology during which she wrote a 50 page Research Thesis on the benefits of yoga for trauma. She is now working towards completing her Board Certification in Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
